Scenic Lake Konocti Harbor Hosts HLN

HLN played a scenic show at Konocti Harbor Resort in Kelseyville, CA. This is a wonderful venue. It’s small and intimate, but the appeal to this amphitheater is that you can see the lake behind the band as they are playing. The view of the lake added something special to an already awesome HLN show.
They played a well-rounded set of songs. The set had just the right mixture of old versus new and then some in between, including a fairly new a’capella tune for them called “Little Bit of Soap” by the Jarmels. It featured Sean Hopper’s excellent Bass voice in a solo during the song. They even did a second encore with Huey explaining in between, "We can play all night, because I don't have too far to get home!" The first one consisted of "Workin For A Livin" and the ever so popular "Stuck With You." The second one consisted of the new version of "Do You Believe in Love" and "Couple Days Off."
The new lead guitar player, Stef Burns, also gave a great performance this night. He had his own little story to tell to all of the HLN fans in a couple guitar solos. Stef played the songs as if he’s been with the band for years. The excitement that Stef adds to the show keeps HLN as well as the audience pumped.
If you haven’t seen HLN on tour yet this summer, be sure to catch a show near you.
