AFAIK this concert has been published only in VHS and LD (Japan). The files above (rapidshare's links) are the avi rip and are 'still available.

If you can find it, the "Blues Harp" CD is a live recording from the Fore tour which includes Jacob's Ladder.  I've got the CD as I was lucky enough to find one for sale on E-Bay a few months ago but I haven't seen it for sale anywhere (Amazon, E-Bay, Etc).  It's a great recording with some live songs that are impossible to find otherwise including "I Never Walk Alone, I Know What I Like, Walking On A Thin Line, Stuck With You, etc".
