This year I've been so busy making costumes for other people that I completely neglected to make one for Miss P until the last minute. Monday before Halloween I felt so guilty that I was going to make her wear her Cinderella costume (the one she had for her birthday) that I threw caution to the wind and dived headfirst into making a new costume for her. I saw a roll of teal colored duct tape and inspiration hit: she was going to be Perry the Platypus from Phineas & Ferb. I had no pattern, just pictures from which to work. Here's the result:

And of course, since she was Perry, I needed to be Perry's arch nemesis, the evil Dr Doofenschmirtz:

And, well, we couldn't leave the hubby out. He dressed as Danny from Love Handel (pretty much the "house band" on P&F):

---------

Here are the other costumes I made for halloween for other people:

First season Red Shirt (Star Trek)

Super Why! (PBS Kid's show)

Crown Royal

and last, but definitely not least, Max/Wolf from "Where the Wild Things Are"

(The Max costume is my favorite - again, no pattern and I didn't even know if I wanted to make it, but my co-worker practically begged - as well as paid - me to do it. So I broke down and made it.)

Those are great costumes.  Great job with making all of them.  You are so talented with that.
